Your customer calls your PhonePresence number, selects sales and is immediately transferred to the next free sales person, on a mobile, home phone or office phone. The sales person is primed to receive the sales call with a brief warning message - "Sales Call" - and the caller is connected. And, so no information is lost, the call can be recorded for later retrieval.

If everyone is busy the call can be queued or sent to voicemail

If the worst happens and everyone is busy, or out of hours, the call can be queued or sent to a voicemail, which will immediately be forwarded as an email attachment, or paged to a mobile as a text message. In fact, it's a sophisticated call centre management system.
